Umm … ’scuse me
I’m always good at paying my bills. I plan my budget, and I always pay the bills on time. But right now I’m pissed off at Wells Fargo. My car is financed through them. No problems thus far. They’ve given me options to skip payments … generally one in the summer and one at Christmas time. Thus far … yeah … no problems … ’til NOW. My payment is due on Friday (the 20th). No problem there. Money in account to pay for it. But … um … excuse me … where the FUCK is my statement?!? How am I supposed to pay my bill on time when they don’t even frickin’ send me a bill. Yeah, it’s always due at the same time every month … but they send a statement and an envelope. If I haven’t gotten the statement today (Tuesday … the 17th) … there’s no way I can mail it in and get it in on time. I can’t pay it online ‘cuz I don’t have a checking account with Wells Fargo. Thank goodness I can go to the bank directly and make a payment. I’m gonna do that tomorrow and make sure I tell them that I haven’t gotten a statement yet. Somebody better get bitched at for this oversight. If I hadn’t looked at the calendar, I’m not even sure I would have realized it (since I haven’t gotten my statement yet). I tried to call to ask what happened to my statement, but I’m not gonna stay on hold forever. I’m not wasting my cell phone minutes. I’ll just go to the bank tomorrow.
